Meet Ben Stephen
Clinician (Podiatrist)
Ben is a dedicated podiatrist with a strong interest in biomechanics and musculoskeletal podiatry. He is passionate about helping patients move comfortably, stay active, and achieve their health and lifestyle goals. Ben takes a calm, friendly, and professional approach to care, ensuring every patient feels listened to, supported, and confident in their treatment plan.
Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development, Ben is undertaking further study at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), with research focused on how different underfoot interventions influence the movement and function of the big toe joint. This work supports his interest in delivering effective, research-informed treatment solutions for his patients.
Outside of the clinic, Ben is a keen ice hockey player and enjoys spending his spare time at the rink or in the gym, giving him a firsthand understanding of the importance of keeping active and performing at your best.
